We recognise that people are our greatest asset and our ethos and values are the driving force behind ensuring our staff are valued and well managed. Being part of a wider learning community will bring opportunities for cross school working through a variety of school improvement projects. Teaching staff across the Trust will also have access to a dynamic ‘Coaching for Excellence’ programme and the opportunity to apply for SLE status, along with a range of leadership programmes e.g. NPQML.
Our strategy is for growth with care, ensuring the Trust has the capacity to meet the needs of each joiner academy in terms of support, challenge and leadership without compromising the core purpose of any academy within the Trust.
